Backed by Visit Scotland Scot Gardiner a London Business man had a vision to produce a celebration of Scotish culure in the heart of London.
I was drafted in to build the team, and deliver all aspects of the operational and logisitics.

An engaging eductiuonal project which saw windmill and sunflowers appear at Rotherhithe roundabout, the legacy is a metal sculpture of a cyclist rthat sits proudly on roundabout all these years later.
PORT ELIOT LIT FEST
My first involvement with this festival was working in the car parks in 2005. Most of the other staff a teenage or children who lived on the estate. Several hours into my shift a man rode up to me on a quad bike - he turned out to be the Legendary Earl St Germans. The co-founder of the festival and owner of the estate went on to share his vision for the festival. He was to grow it but for no areas to ever have more than 300 people. He asked me if I’d like to come back next year and run my own area.
